Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients with small amount of the tomato sauce (1/2 of can).
Pile into halved peppers.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over each pepper.
Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or more, if necessary.
If peppers are small, do not halve.
