Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped tomato
1 c. shredded Cheddar
sliced black olives
Preparation

Cream together cream cheese and salsa.
Put in 9-inch pie plate and layer with vegetables.
Top with Cheddar cheese and black olives.
To make it low-fat, use fat-free cream cheese and low-fat Cheddar.
Enjoy with tortilla chips.
