Hearty Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (13 oz.) cans chicken or beef broth
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese tortellini
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed or pureed tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    grated Parmesan cheese
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Over medium-high heat in large saucepan, cook garlic in 1 tablespoon margarine for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add broth and tortellini.
    Heat to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add spinach and tomatoes.
    Simmer 5 minutes more.
    Serve topped with cheese.
