Oriental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (or 2) Mandarin oranges, drained
    4 to 6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled or 1/4 c. Bac*Os
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
    1 can O & C French fried onions
    2 small or 1 large head lettuce
Preparation
    Brown almonds in bacon drippings or small amount of margarine. Drain on paper towels.
