Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 2/3 c. (large can) undiluted Carnation milk
2 eggs
1 (9-inch) single crust unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix filling ingredients until smooth.
Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) 15 minutes.
Lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking about 35 minutes or until custard is firm.
