Tangy Brown Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork chops (approximately 6)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 (8 oz.) or 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Place meat in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0; drain fat off.
    Combine onion, vinegar, sugar and mustard.
    Spread on meat.
    Pour on tomato sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done, basting occasionally with sauce.
