Caribbean Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork steaks
    1 large red onion
    3/4 c. fresh lime juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Trim any fat from pork as needed.
    Thinly slice red onion. Place pork and onions in a nonmetal baking dish.
    Combine lime juice, salt and cayenne; pour over pork.
    Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
