Orange Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. deluxe yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco oil
3/4 c. water
yellow food coloring
4 c. confectioners sugar
6 Tbsp. cooking oil
2/3 c. orange juice
6 Tbsp. water

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients plus a small amount of food coloring and mix for 2 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in small muffin pans for 10 minutes.
Combine last 4 ingredients plus a small amount of food coloring and mix.
Dip blossom in this icing or pour over them and place on waxed paper to dry.
