Baked Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can each pineapple slices, peach halves, pear halves and cherries
3 bananas (about), sliced lengthwise
1 c. brown sugar
pinch of salt
a little lemon juice
2 tsp. curry
1/2 c. fruit juice
butter
Preparation
-
Arrange fruit in a glass lasagne dish. Sprinkle with the brown sugar, salt, lemon juice and curry. Add the fruit juice and spot with butter.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
