Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/4 c. plain flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
8 egg whites
Preparation

Beat butter until
fluffy.
Gradually add sugar.
Beat after each cup until fluffy.
Add vanilla and beat until mixture is like whipped cream.
Mix dry ingredients to butter mixture, adding flour alternating with milk.
Pour into 4 (9-inch) cake pans. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
