2 eggs
2 cans cream-style corn
1 c. milk
1 c. crackers crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Beat the eggs.
Add corn, milk, cracker crumbs, onion, green pepper, cheese, salt and pepper. Spoon into a 1-quart casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
