Swiss Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shredded natural cheese (Swiss)
2 tsp. cornstarch
dash of nutmeg
dash of pepper
1 c. dry white wine
1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
Preparation

Add cornstarch, nutmeg, pepper and salt to cheese. Toss lightly with fork to combine. Add wine to 3-quart saucepan (or earthenware to keep heat longer). Cook over low heat until it begins to bubble gently.
Add cheese, a handful at a time, stirring rigorously with a wooden spoon until cheese melts and mixture is thoroughly blended. Serve immediately with bread cubes.
