Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. Good Seasons dry Italian salad dressing mix
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Brown chops on both sides in shortening.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Pour sauce over chops.
    Cover; simmer about 1 hour, basting occasionally.
    Serves 6.
