Grilled Chicken Breast On Sourdough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinned chicken breasts
    12 basil leaves
    8 slices sourdough bread
    8 lettuce leaves
    2 small red peppers
    4 tsp. chili sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Spray grill or broiling pan with nonstick cooking spray. Grill or broil chicken 5 inches from heat 8 minutes, turning over halfway.
    Cut pepper into rings.
    Thinly slice basil on top.
    Put 4 slices of bread with all the ingredients and cover with bread. Makes 4 servings.
