Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground round
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 small sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (do not add water)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and margarine.
    Add garlic, paprika, flour, salt and black pepper.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer until very brown (about 20 to 25 minutes).
    Add mushrooms, soup and sour cream. Cook on low about 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
