Artichokes And Green Beans Romano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans, cooked and drained
    2 to 3 c. artichoke hearts, quartered
    1/2 c. freshly grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute onion and garlic in olive oil until transparent.
    Stir in bread crumbs, blending well to absorb oil. Add beans, artichokes and cheese.
    Combine thoroughly, yet gently. Heat slowly to soften cheese.
    Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
    Serves 4.
