Salmon Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. green onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic (if desired)
    1 pkg. refrigerated butterflake dinner biscuits
Preparation
    Flake salmon and combine with cheese, mayonnaise, green onion, parsley and garlic powder.
    Separate rolls in thin rounds and place on cookie sheet.
    Top with salmon mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 3 dozen.
