Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 egg
    1 finely chopped onion
    1 head cabbage
    1/3 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can tomatoes
    milk to mix well
Preparation
    `Mix all together except cabbage and tomatoes.
    Put head of cabbage in boiling water until leaves separate.
    Put about 1 tablespoon meat mixture in each leaf; roll up well.
    Add water about halfway over rolls and cook about 1 hour.
    Add tomatoes or tomato soup when almost done.
