Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) frozen hash browns (I don't use all)
    1/4 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all and put in buttered dish (9 x 13-inch).
    Mix 2 tablespoons butter, melted with 1 cup cornflake crumbs and top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Best when mixed ahead of time and left in refrigerator overnight.
