Sweet Potato Pie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
3/4 stick butter
1 small can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar (1 is really enough)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon

Preparation

Mix and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes in casserole dish.
