Spareribs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs
    1 qt. sauerkraut
    salt and pepper
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cut
    spareribs into portions and place in the bottom of a roasting pan.
    Season to taste.
    Add sauerkraut.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Make dumplings by combining the flour, baking powder, milk and egg.
    Drop by spoonfuls on the sauerkraut. Cover
    pan
    tightly
    and
    finish
    baking
    for
    30 minutes.
