Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain, low-fat or nonfat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 to 2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. poppy seed or 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    salt and pepper to taste (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and shake in a jar.
    Yields 1 1/4 cups.
