2 lb. meat (unmarbled meat, e.g., heel roast is best)
3 Tbsp. hickory smoked salt
2 Tbsp. onion salt
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
soy or teriyaki sauce (optional)
Preparation

Mix spices.
Cut meat into 1/2-inch cube strips.
Mix meat and spices.
Stir until meat is well coated.
Marinate overnight. Place on rack over a drip pan.
Bake at 150\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
