Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium, ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 cans bean dip
    1 c. chopped green onions
    3 tomatoes, chopped and drained
    2 cans pitted, ripe olives, drained and chopped
    1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
    large, round tortilla chips
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados with lemon juice.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.
    Spread bean dip on a large serving platter.
    Top with avocado mixture.
    Layer with sour cream, taco mixture.
    Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
