Cheddar Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. packaged precooked rice
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed *
    4 to 6 slices or 2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 c. milk
    1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 c. finely crushed rich round crackers
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Prepare rice following package directions, adding the minced onion to the boiling water.
    Fluff cooked rice and spread in greased 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle with peas; arrange chicken over rice and peas.
    Blend milk into soup and pour evenly over the chicken.
    Top with cracker crumbs combined with melted butter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
