Barbecued Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 c. celery, sliced
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter; cook onion lightly.
    Brown.
    Add other ingredients and cook 20 minutes.
    Brown hamburger patties; add to mixture.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes until patties are done.
    Good dish to keep warm in crock-pot; easily doubled.
