Country Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal (white)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie dish. Microwave on 70% power 8 to 9 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cover with foil and let stand 5 minutes. Serves 8.
