Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt or 1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Press evenly in a 1 1/2-quart (8 x 4-inch) loaf dish, cook, covered with wax paper, 10 minutes or until done.
    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
    If desired, top with catsup or barbecue sauce.
    Makes 6 servings.
