Kiwi Cream Tart - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked (9-inch) tart shell
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. lite sour cream
1 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. orange flavoring
dash of salt
1/2 c. heavy cream, chilled
4 kiwi fruits
grapes (seedless)
Preparation

Cool tart shell.
In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water.
Let gelatin soften.
Heat until dissolved.
Stir in sour cream, sugar, flavoring and salt.
Stir over low heat until smooth.
Remove from heat and cool, stirring occasionally.
When cooled and slightly thickened, whip cream and fold into mixture. Spoon into prepared tart shell, smooth top.
Refrigerate until set.
Peel fruit.
Cut lengthwise into thin slices.
Arrange on top and garnish with grapes.
