Baked Mac And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. Cheddar, grated
    1/3 bread crumbs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook
    macaroni\tas
    directed
    and drain. Melt butter in heavy saucepan.
    Blend in flour. Stir in milk slowly and cook, stirring constantly,
    until\tmixture thickens. Add seasonings and
    cheese, stirring
    until
    cheese
    melts. Add macaroni and transfer to a buttered 1-quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over macaroni. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
