Cheese Cake Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Mix cream
    cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs together. Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of foil baking cups (foil cups can be placed in muffin tins to cook). Pour mixture on top of vanilla wafer, about 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 320\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Refrigerate to set cheese cake. Add 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
