Little Venice Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (28 oz.) cans peeled tomatoes
8 oz. applesauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Heat oil in nonstick pot; add paste and fry paste approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
In a blender, puree tomatoes 1 can at a time.
Add fried paste.
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 45 to 60 minutes over a medium-low heat.
You may add meatballs or other meat with other ingredients.
Serve over hot, cooked spaghetti.
This sauce is very low in fat.
