2 c. cornmeal
2 c. skim milk
1 carton egg substitute
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Combine cornmeal and milk in a large bowl; stir well.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in eggs, salt and garlic powder.
