Dixie Crossroads Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. liquid butter blend
    1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    Heat oil to approximately 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Combine eggs, milk and butter blend.
    Fold egg mixture into dry ingredients.
    Add corn last.
    Drop by tablespoons into hot oil; deep fry about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
