Crab Imperial(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat (about 3 c.)
5 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. half and half
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Melt butter.
Add flour, salt, pepper and mustard; heat and stir until smooth and bubbly.
Slowly add half and half; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; add green pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Fold in crabmeat; pour into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve on toast points.
