Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 small can chopped green chillies
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green sweet pepper
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients,
    except
    cheese.
    Pour
    half
    of batter into
    greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle 3/4 of cheese over batter.
    Add remaining batter.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
