Just Plain Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. beef chuck roast
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    8 small onions
    1/2 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's sauce
    8 small carrots
Preparation
    Trim meat (optional).
    Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Brown in Wesson oil in Dutch oven.
    Add water; cover and then add vegetables.
    Pour Hunt's sauce over everything and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    You might need to add more water.
