Confetti Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. dark vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. pepper
1 small can peas, drained
1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 small jar diced pimentos
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
Preparation

Stir the first 5 ingredients and warm until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over the remaining ingredients.
Cover and store in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
Drain.
