Mock Sour Cream - cooking recipe

    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. dry milk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix and let stand until cool.
    Use as regular sour cream. Keep refrigerated.
