Mostaccioli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 (16 oz.) jar thick and chunky style spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. basil
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper (add more if you prefer hot and spicy)
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 (16 oz.) box mostaccioli noodles (tubular noodle about 2 1/2-inches long)
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown the ground beef with the onion and parsley.
Add the jar of sauce to the meat. Add the oregano, marjoram, thyme, basil, bay leaf, red pepper and minced garlic to the sauce.
Simmer the sauce for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
