Jewish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
    1 c. canned beef consomme
    3/4 c. water
    1 stick butter
    1 small onion
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter.
    Mix all other ingredients (uncooked rice).
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
