Beefy Tomato Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 qt. water
    1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
    8 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. dried rice (uncooked)
    salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
    parsley
    Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in large saucepan.
    Drain grease.
    Add water, beef bouillon, tomatoes and spice to taste.
    Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer one hour.
    Stir in carrots, celery and rice during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
