Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together plain flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa.
Set aside.
Cream shortening, butter and sugar well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Add flour mixture, one spoonful at a time, alternating with milk.
Add vanilla; stir.
Pour batter into well-greased pan(s).
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0, 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
