Hummingbird Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 graham cracker crusts
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 pkg. slivered almonds
2 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 small jar caramel topping
Preparation

Place margarine, almonds and coconut in skillet and brown lightly; set aside and let cool.
Mix together the cream cheese, milk and Cool Whip.
