Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. (2 1/2 lb.) peeled, quartered potatoes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. onion powder
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix potatoes and enough water to cover in 4-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to medium; cook 25 minutes to 30 minutes or until tender.
    Drain well.
    Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in mayonnaise, cream cheese and onion powder, salt and pepper until light and fluffy.
    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
