Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until only tender in salted boiling water.
    Mix brown sugar, water, butter and salt in large skillet.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly.
    Add sweet potatoes, gently stirring until glazed and heated through.
