Easy Paella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage links
    2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
    6 large chicken drumsticks
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2/3 c. regular rice
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 garlic clove, very thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/2 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    Remove meat from casing.
    In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, cook sausage and drumsticks in hot oil, stirring to break it up. Spoon off all but 1 tablespoon drippings.
