Carrot Cake And Cream Cheese Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. broken pecans
    3 c. grated carrots (fine)
Preparation
    (Be sure to grate carrots and refrigerate before starting.) Mix oil and sugar; beat well.
    Add eggs.
    Sift all dry ingredients 2 or 3 times.
    Mix with sugar mixture.
    Add nuts and carrots, a small amount at a time, until well mixed.
    Pour into well-greased and floured pans (three 9-inch pans).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, or until done.
