Untossed Tossed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh spinach
    lettuce
    salt and pepper (sugar is optional)
    1/2 c. crumbled bacon (I use either fresh, fried bacon or Hormel real bacon bits)
    4 to 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 box frozen peas
    1 large sweet onion, sliced or diced
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Place layer of spinach in large bowl.
    Press.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and bacon.
    Add eggs and lettuce layer.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Add peas and onion.
    Mix mayonnaise with sour cream.
    Cover salad with mixture.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least a few hours.
