Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked hot sweet potato, mashed
1 stick margarine (add to potatoes)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell; bake in 350\u00b0 oven (325\u00b0 for glass pie plate) for 50 minutes or until brown and set.
